I believe he's referring to SPOA vs SPUA (SPring Over Axle vs. SPring Under
Axle). Sounds like a bad Japanese monster movie. Extremely common off-road
debate as to which is better. When the springs are on top of the axle, ya
cant use a slapper bar designed for springs under the axle ($30 lakewoods)
