I've gotta disagree. Any rust on the rotors gets cleaned off pretty quick
when the brakes get hot--pretty much every day for most people. If you have
rusty rotors just go out on the freeway and get some speed going and lean on
the brake pedal. Get back up to speed and repeat a couple times. This will
heat the brakes up and grind away any rust. Obviously be mindful of the
traffic conditions when doing this.
If this doesn't work, then there might be something wrong with your
brakes/pads.
