I'm not stealing it or anything. I just have the hook ups at an audio shop.
They sell to me near cost. I do not know about the warranty. Anyways. I
think there are few to no defects on this alarm.

<< Is this via a legal, ethical means? ;-) If so, I might be interested
in a couple. However, I seem to recall reading somewhere that DEI won't
sell to individuals, they require that their installers do the work in
order for the warranty to be valid. Would this be a problem?
