Of course. the 9007 and 9004 are both headlight bulbs, they just have a
different connector and bulb size. 9007 and 9004 doesn't dictate bulb
wattage. Some 9007 bulbs shine 55 low beams and 80 high beams. mine are
80/100
shines 80 low, 100 high.

for the locating pins, the 9004 are perfetsly spaced, 9007 are different,
