I've never used them, probably wouldn't ever use them but I know people
who SWEAR by them. I honestly believe these people are mistaking a tune up
for the performance/mileage gain. If you believe in Hot Wires (nology) this
is a lesser hole in your pocket.
I've acutally heard that this is a spin off an old hot rod trick of
cutting your coil wire in half and attaching the jacket back together with a
small gap between the wires so the charge builds up in order to jump the
gap. But I'm not an old racer so I dont know.
