My Dak does it too, but only if I shift it into OD while going at a good
clip, like freeway speeds. Nothing to worry about, IMO. When I hit the
OD button, the rpm's rise up a bit (unlocked t-c) shift into OD (still
unlocked t-c), then the t-c locks back up and the rpm's come back down a
bit. Mine has 50,085 miles on it.
