no clue about the cover... about 1-2mpg better when I went 235x75's to
31x10.50's.. not much change w/ JBA headers... about 2mpg more w/ the F&B
TB.. biggest increase in mileage was w/ elec. fans and crank pulley

mileage is all about driving like there is a rotten egg under the peddle :-)
