You people amaze the shit out of me, you are responding to something that
obviously you didn't follow from the beginning of the thread. I have never
weighed my truck and I never claimed the weight of my truck, we took about
four posts, mostly from RC RT owners who posted their respected weights at
about 3800-3950, so we assumed my weight to be 3700!!, ASSUMED, that it!!
Further more, if my truck did weigh 4000 lbs., that would mean one thing, my
little 287 is putting out more horses than a stock 360!!

I find it very hard to believe that your race weight was only 3700 lbs.

I have the lightest Dakota R/T possible, and the truck weighs in at 4,000
lbs
exactly, with 155 lb me in it.

I really doubt that the 4.7L is 300 lbs lighter than the 360.
