Just over a mile before I saw the high side of 15 MPH. More than 5
miles before I got over 25. I'm all for diving carefully in bad
weather, but come ON people! These people have been commuting to/from
Syracuse far longer than I, they should know the drill by now.

Worst offender: Some guy in a suit pulling out of his driveway in a
4-door Blazer (late model) WHILE TALKING ON HIS CELL PHONE. I own a
cell phone, and have used it on the road, but at least I use it when I'm
away from traffic, on a straight stretch of highway. This guy was just
stupid. And ended up behind me.
