It doesn't claim to be an R/T-- it claims to have the R/T's 5.9 under the
hood.
None of the telling details of an R/T remain on the truck-- there is no
rear bumper, the truck's been repainted so there's no way to know if the
front bumper used to have the black stripe on it, the wheels and tires
have been traded out and you can't see the tailpipe. And it's tough to
tell with the wrong size wheels on it if it's an inch closer to the ground
or not-- that's the only thing that implies it _might_ really be an R/T;
if it wasn't, with all the rest of the modifications, you'd expect that
ugly beast to be scraping the undercarriage after he lowered it himself. :)
If it _was_ an R/T, buying the R/T package was a waste of money-- he doesn't
have any of it any more! :)
I like the idea of the television contained in the visor-- I've been trying
to figure out where to put a display for the MP3-player computer I'm
installing in mine. That might just work, put the display in the visor...
