Question from the new guy on TB's and cat back sys

I was reading the archives about TB's because I'm interested in getting one
for my Dak. ( 99, 5.2L, CC, 4X4). I'd like to also install a cat back sys.
but can't do both mods at the same time. Do I need to put the cat back on
before the TB or can I do the TB first and do the cat back at a latter date?
