I was looking on the web tonight and found this website. It explains
changing diff fluid and such. Good reference point for anyone curious about

Now my question: Does anyone know if my Dak has a diff. cover gasket or does
it just use RTV so seal the cover to the diff housing? It is getting time to
replace my Amsoil 75W90 Gear Fluid in both diffs and I might just take the
diff. covers off this time, to inspect everything, make sure all the fluid
comes out this time, and do a thorough cleaning inside the housing.
