I've got Geico, but (knock on wood) I've never had to call them in the
10 months I've had the Dakota. I've only mailed them 2 checks, you can
pay via their website (direct check) or have them set up a scheduled EFT
right from the account of your choosing (which I now do).
Cripes, Geico's got better online policyholder services than the
insurance company I work for, and I'm in the web department.
