I think you're referring to the Howler concept. It has the 4.7 L truck/Grand
Cherokee engine mated to a manual transmission. It has a convertible top and
a small truck bed with bed cover. It was introduced at SEMA. There is a small
chance it may be built as a Chrysler model.
