Used mainly by drag racers. It's a cable that connects the engine to the
frame. Prevents movement of the engine due engine torque. Notice how the
engine rocks when you gun the throttle? That strap prevents excessive
movement, which keeps the frame straight so you can drive down the track in
a straight line. It's torque cancellation.
