Chuck,

This morning we brought a 52068778 Dana 8 1/4 TracLoc Unit into
the office and compared it to the picture on EBay Item #244418224.

As near as we can tell, this looks to be the the newer unit for the
1997 thru 2000 8 1/4 axles. Our unit also had the 75997 stamp
on the Case. If this is correct, it will fit your 1999 Dakota.
