The 2000 models have insulation everywhere, surprising for a truck though.
To include a dome light for the hood.

I've got a 99 spt with everything but the power junk. My halo light
doesn't work either. I didn't even think about it until I had my truck for
4 or 5 months. I keep forgeting to have it checked when I am at the
dealer. My truck also does not have any insulation under the hood. Is it
supposed to? I know my 90 and 93 both had these goodies and they were
optioned out the same way.
