00/4.7L tranny noises?

Anyone ever notice some different soudning noises in their 2000 4.7L? I
always hear a noise like.. It's almost llike a slight whining sound. Alos
when you accelerate it makes like a sucking type noise... Anyone else every
notice this or other noises and take it to the dealer?
