I had a similiar situation the other day. An Explorer
was almost toughing my rear bumper. I slowed down
about 15mph slower. He kept waving his hands. The
guy couldn't have been in such a hurry, the vehicle
was from a dealer because the windshield had the year
and price painted on it. Anyway, when the other lane
opened up, he decides he is going to try to pass. I
looked over at my girlfriend and said hold on. I hit
the gas and he never had a chance. Finally, a car was
coming the other way and he had to get back behind me.
Needless to say, I got the finger.

I installed two fog/off-road lights on my rear bumper.
They hang down below the bumper near the hitch and I
installed a switch in my dash. I wouldn't recommend
using them on the road though because I'll sometimes
turn them on when leaving work to joke around with the
guy behind me and they are always bitching because
they can't see.
