Dont know, but I have these holes near the middlefront of my bench seat. The
carpet is cut out also around these holes. They do not of course go all the
way through the floorboards. The floorboard is not solid, almost like a
2piece design with some space to allow for wires? bolt heads? who knows,
they are there though.......
