You can buy the computer portion at the dealer for a price but buy it from a
dealer like in Maine where prices are cheaper. The clip is held in place
and can be easily removed. Behind that is the wiring harness for the
computer hookup.

Now this has me interested. I have the overhead console on my 99 Dak w/o
the compass and stuff. I would like to get rid of the "clip" where the
