Ronnie,
Just look at the link above, first you will need to get solid 2"x2"(what
most higher rated hitched use for receivers) steel stock and drill a hole
through it for the hitch pin. Next you will need to get a large, I mean
large heavy duty D-Ring kit and weld it sercurely to the end of the 2x2
steel bar. A D-Ring is just what it looks like, a D shaped 'ring' used for
recovery/towing. If you want, look at this link for examples. Nortern Has 2
different D Rings in their master catalog and alos listed on their webstie.
The first one is located at:
http://www.northerntool.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=20002&
prmenbr=6970
This one has a rating of 46,760 pounds and sells for $10. The other ring is
located at:
http://www.northerntool.com/cgi-bin/ncommerce3/ProductDisplay?prrfnbr=20047&
prmenbr=6970
This one has a rating of 18,390 pounds and sells for $7. Can you get these
at all along with the 2x2 solid steel stock?? If you can......you
could/should go into business and sell them!!! Good Luck!
