Yeah, I had some problems with this guy, also. Ordered some Magnecor wires
from him last June and he never would send them, I couldn't get hold of him
to cancel the order, so I called up my credit card company and had the
account number on the card changed. What's strange is, when I called the
credit card company, they had no record of the Magnecor charge, and I had
the account canceled immediately, but when I got my new account and number,
the Magnecor charge showed up (which Patrick shouldn't have gotten (and I
never did receive any wires)). Needless to say, I called the credit card
company and gave them hell for letting the charge go thru when I told them
specifically NOT to. They put the charge in dispute and it stayed there for
several months, then disappeared. I guess the only reason I didn't have to
pay $100 for wires I didn't receive is because I disputed the charge with
the credit card company (Thank God for credit cards! - if I'd used a money
order or something, I probably would've been screwed).
