ownership luck?

When I took a dealership school in florida (don't ask but good info) we
found
out if you accidently screwed up the paperwork and the customer got the
title
with his name on it and it was verified that it is this way in the DMV
records
you're screwed. Don't know about your situation but you may have gotton the
golden egg. I waould call your state dmv if your title is in your state and
ask
some questions.

On my wifes old saturn that got rearended last sept and totalled when I made
a
car payment over a year ago on it at the bank the clerk entered it in wrong
into
the computer and changed the payment from $329.61 to $32,961. I noticed it
later
and notified the bank and they said they would fix it. That's been over a
year
ago. The other guy in the wreck insurance bought it and defiantly has
ownership
of the title. The other day the bank sent me a new payment book stating that
there have been changes to my loan. I was about to call when I looked in the
book and it had a starting figure of $36,840 and every month it is accuring
more
interest by about a 9.5% apr. I called the automated line and it shows the
same
balance. I called the bank and they told me they can't help me. What's up
with
that.
