I was under my 2000 CC this weekend (installing the PowerTrax, write up
later) and noticed my spare tire is a factory blem. it has like big pitted
areas running about center of the side wall. I think it is a blem because
there are two seperate white stamps (one looks like a '7' and I can't tell
on the other) right by the affected area, this is on the front of the tire,
my regular tires have no white stamps or blemished areas. Anybody notice
this on theirs? Should I go to the dealer and complain? Good place to hide
them...maybe they figure warranty will be up by the time you look at the
spare.
