Hey all, it is official!! A Civil suit has been filed against Patrick and
R&D Performance Auto Inc. for his actions, and his way of conducting
business on the internet (a federal deal really!!)
anyway, he has a court date and I am in contact with the offices that
filed the charges. His court date is March 10. The prosecuting attourney
(sp) would like me to gather letters from people who have had BAD dealings
with Patrick and R&D Performance. I know quite a few people on this list
and on the R/T list have had bad dealings and he actually still owes
people money. (also, if some one could forward this to the R/T list that
would be great!!)
anyway, in hopes of actually getting something back, I need letters from
people who have had dealings with Patrick. "I was a customer" type
letters, telling of your experiences with him. Please no GOOD letters... I
dont have any intention of helping him! :)
anyway, anyone who would like to help me and the others who have gotten
screwed and would like to see him on the hot seat with lots to explain and
then actually have a chance to get some money back, please get back with
me soon!!
