I think the HP and TQ ratings are the same for both, and I've never heard
the side, but I can tell you that no matter how hard you try, you can not
fit the 31 inch spare under the truck with the split rear. Looks very cool,
but I hope i never have to use my spare (its a 235 now) to get me very far.
