for the info you are looking for you may want to turn to the august,
september, and october 98 issues of hotrod, they ran a series called magnum
manifesto, and discused parts interchangibility on the magnum motors.you
"can" swap the old 318 heads onto magnum blocks, but it will take some work.
the article solves some of the problems. the heads are NOT a simple bolt on
affair. also you will not be able to use a m1, you will need a manifold to
