  With a dry nitrous setup, the intake shouldn't make a difference,
but with a wet setup, the twists and turns in the stock intake
could cause the fuel to puddle, which will probably result in
uneven distribution of the fuel and/or turn your intake into
a bomb waiting for a TB backfire to ignite it. :-)

  The MPI is based on the M1 (heck, it *is* the M1 with the bosses
drilled out), which is set up for a carb; the fuel can't really go
anywhere but straight down into the heads... No puddling problems.
