That would depend on several things:

(1) Manufacturer (Quality)
(2) Useage Type (Street, Offroad, Raised/Lowered)
(3) Driver (Your driving style - ex. driving over speed bumps at 35+mph)
(4) Environment (Weather/Climate)

On the average: 60K miles.

OK, this is embarassing. Here is my doofus question. How long are
shocks supposed to last, and how do I tell when it's time to replace
them?
It doesn't feel as springy as it did when it was new, but I don't
know at what point its bad.
