Nope..."Stroking" a motor refers to the actual Stroke of the engine. (As in
Bore and Stroke)

Example:

Stock 350CID Chevy Engine - 4.000" Bore x 3.480" Stroke
"Stroker" 383CID Chevy Engine - 4.030" Bore x 3.750" Stroke

What was done there is an old trick to gain cubic inches by replacing the
crank/rods with that from a 400CID Chevy engine. The bore was increased by
.030" (mainly to get to the "383" number) but the stroke is what makes the
biggest difference in the displacement.

Another example:

Stock 318 Chrysler SB - 3.910" Bore x 3.313" Stroke
"Stroker" 343CID Chrysler SB - 3.910" Bore x 3.580" Stroke

What we did here was (in theory) drop a 360 crankshaft into the 318 to
achieve the larger displacement. No cylinder boring was done.

Stroking is basically boring out the top and bottom end of the engine.
Bigger pistons, cam, crank, and all the goodies to match.
The parts dont exist for the 4.7, plus I doubt anyone knows what you could
actually bore out a 4.7 to.
Get a supercharger designed for low end boost. Thats what I want!
