Fellow DMLers,
To what extent do the O2 sensors protrude into the exhaust pipes obstructing
gas flow? If they are blocking gas flow, could they be modified/mounted in
such a way that they would not stick so far into the pipes? On the
California emissions models this seems like it would be particularly
beneficial where there are cats that are stuck right up to the exhaust
manifolds and the y-pipes are narrower.
What'r yer thoughts?
