After seeing what Nicks truck can do, it would be embarrassing to be on the
R/T Website. There is not an R/T that can keep up with that. Maybe he
should start a Turbo Dakota club for anyone under 12.0 in 1/4 mile.

Well I apologise if I offended you with my KMEA comment. I was mostly
trying to be humorous. I concluded that since it is a closed list and you
MUST be an R/T owner to get on, that they are a bunch of elitist pigs. Maybe
I'm wrong, but let me try and put it in perspective. On the DML we welcome
anyone who wants to lurk or contribute. Owning a Dodge Dakota isn't even a
pre-requisite. And we have members who do not own Dakotas. Maybe they are
thinking about getting one, or they own a Durango or Jeep, or maybe they are
trying to find info out for a friend. So now we come to the 'closed R/T
list'... a list made up of trucks that for the most part are just like ours,
same freakin engine, just different muffler, a slightly lowered suspension,
different rims, and a coupla decals. Now I'm not slighting the R/T in any
way,
I'd love to have one. And many of us non-RT owners on this list have learned
allot from the RT owners on this list and they from us. Apparently a few of
us tried to get on the R/T list to contribute and/or obtain information
about
our trucks and were turned away. You may not find that unusual but I think
that is elitist and childish.

so lemme get this straight. ive just been told to kiss someones ass, because
they couldnt get on a nationaly recognized list for dakota rt'. ohh an that
there was no use for the dakota rt owners. wow im impressed that grown men
can be so immature over some stupid sh*t. well im willin to bet that you
aint gonna get on the viper list either. an to tell ya the truth i tired of
commin on this list an hearin everone whine cause they cant get on the r/t
list. well boys truthfuly you aint missin anyting its about the same boring
thing that goes on here most of the time. an there are enough rt owners on
the dml that we usually let all the dml know anything good we find. well im
gonna roll on that an let the flames begin!!!!!!!!!
