i have a viper.. simular to the 550, and it is great..
and i'm not just saying that cuz i work for circuit city..

haven't had any problems with the alarm.. i can put the windows down in the
summer (from about 1/3 mile away) and i can start it and warm it up in the
winter ..

great system..
