I have a carpeted bedlinder for my Dak and I love it. Things don't
slide. It has padding underneath for fragile loads. Costs a bit though
400$ from local truck caps shop.
(I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who doesn't have a covered bed
though.)
I have the Bed Rug version anyone else have the Steel Horse one??
