Yea. that last bolt is a pain. I found out about it after i tightened all
the other bolts, so i just took the others out. tightened that one down first
and went from there. they're all snug now and smell . (been a week and you
can still smell them burning)

<< Well, it took myself and a friend a little over a couple of hours
(with coffee/cig breaks and lunch), but my JBA headers are on!
Everything went well with exception of the right rear bolt. Talk
about tight quarters to work!! I've only driven my Dak about 15
miles since installation so I don't expect to feel any difference
for a while yet. I'm just glad to get them out of my office and
on my Dak! >>
