Can answer 2 real easy - crank is a cast 4.00 in bore and 3.58 in stroke - rods
are forged units. Also to add some more potentially useful info - I just had a
machine shop do the following for $650: boil block, turn crank on rod and main
journals, align hone mains, bore to .030, hone with torque plate, resize big end
of rods, install ARP rod bolts, press off old pistons, press on new pistons
(KB-107 Hypereutectic $180).

The mopar short blocks are around $1200. I would have went that route if a) I
could have come up with that much money at once and b) if I didn't want to do it
all myself (other than machine shop work).

Hope this helps.

Latr,

Shane
