Don't understand these people....
All you need is a license plate and you can pretty much find out anything on
the owner of the vehicle (Name, Address, Phone Number, SSN#, CC#, DOB, DL#,
etc.) All it takes is about $90 and a website (http://www.docusearch.com)
and away you go.
