I am having a problem with my timing chain on my 1995 Dakota which I bought
brand new. I told the dealership that I thought at 50,000 miles that my
chain should not be going bad and of course the dealership would work out
some kind of deal with me which they have not come up with anything yet. I
told them they would probably overcharge me anyway and the manager has
started to avoid me,but I am very persistent. I have also had my catalytic
converter changed 3 times and am now going on my forth. They are trying to
tell me the timing chain has something to do with my catalytic converter.I
think the dealership is full of it. Any suggestions how to handle this?
