That 204/213 is what is called an RV cam. Stock idle with increased low
end torque over factory, slightly better performance over stock. The
208/214 is a entry level street performance cam. Good low end with
improved mid-range power. It would satisfy your 5500 max power RPM. With
that cam you should still pull 18 in/Hg at idle with no problem. Idle will
still be stock, with a noticeable "ballsy" sound in the exhaust. It would
sound pretty good with your Flowmasters. Get the 3.92 gears.

What is their Stage 1 heads? Not familiar with their products.
