I dunno what the "official" name is but we used some stuff akin to chicken wire
to keep critters out of my mom's garden (didn't work as the bastards just dug
under it! :-). The holes are larger than window screening but it's a heavier
wire so it'll stop larger (read damaging) rocks but won't do much to stop bugs.
 It doesn't rust either and I figure I can get some at Home Depot. I gotta
take a closer look at the upper and lower grill to so how I'm gonna' attach
this so you can't *really* see it.
