New muffler...Which one???

I've been trying to keep up with all the talk about mufflers, but I
still can't make up my mind.

I just want better flow, without the noise, I don't need to make a ton
of noise when I get on it!!!

What set up is the closest to stock sound????
Also, where can I get a high flow Cat.?????

Oh yea, this is going on my '98 4x4.
