          Their may have been some bolts placed in the wrong holes?? If im
not mistaken their should be three longer ones...?? Not to sure
though...Mine fit all I had to start them all then adjust then tighten but
it worked out fine...

The rear 3 bolts didn't line up on mine either... I guess you have to
silicone it shut, otherwise you might get moisture buildup.

I just had mine installed the other day. I just let the place I bought it
from do it. It turned out great and I watched everythign being put back
together and the installer didn't have any problems. FYI-I'm not using MTX
subs.......Kicker Comps fit very nicely in the box!!! :o) And sound great
also
