Carlsbad was a blast today. I wasn't able to snag a VTEC decal so I was
doomed to a best of 15.87@86.45

A couple of tenths slower than I had hoped, but still not bad for a lowly
SLT Club cab. No top end at all! And that Automatic is a true slushbox.
Best 60 foot was a 2.27. Not bad for those hard stock tires and that NO
stall torque converter. Best 1/8 mile was a 10.09.

Had no idea where to leave on the tree with the truck so it took a couple
of runs to get "dialed".

1st-1.017 YIKES!!! Oops the tree is coming down...
2nd-.711 Third Amber
3rd-.568 In the ballpark... Tried to leave between 2nd and 3rd ambers.

For the first 330 feet it looks like I can do battle with most street iron.
But the 4.7l runs out of air. I need to hook up with Tony D! And of
course, I can dream of a more aggressive cam profile.
