wheel flares + taillight covers?

A) Where's the Best place to order teh ram head taillight covers?

B) How much should it cost to paint them to color match them to my black
dakota?

C) Have any of you colormatched wheel flares to your truck. I have matte
black right now.

D) How do the mopar ones attach to the truck? My dad is the supplier for
Bushwacker [hence, the free flares + rail caps], so I have the bushwacker
flares.
