You can get the V-Tech ram head light covers prepainted & shipped for $55
from Caribbean Customs in Miami. Probably the best price around, and I have a
black 99 & they matched perfectly. As for the OE wheel flares, they're about
$240 for the set from the dealer, prepainted. They install in the
pre-existing holes & use double-stick tape as well. Hope this helps.
