Cost to produce the vehicle is around 16,000 dollars and change. Then it is
sold to the dealers for around 25-26K.

   If the engine is so cheap, why does the Lightning cost $30K??? I
assumed it was because of the cost of the SC and such. I guess Ford is
just making a huge profit on it. ?
