Today I went to KC and on my way there, in Lee's Summit I was stopped at a
light and some dood and his 2 friends in a late 70s model Z28 pull up... he
starts revin the engine and staring me down. So I rev my engine a few times
to acknowledge and then we wait. Light goes green and we both squeel em a
bit.... he did a little more than I did. I was amazed... we were neck and
neck and this guy was driving a Z28. We stayed neck and neck till I hit
about 60 and then I took him by about a car length before we both had to
slow down due to the oncoming red light. I think he was in disbelief that I
beat him in a truck.... a 4x4 truck that is. Im not sure why I beat him...
I would have figured a z28 would easily outrun me.. Anyhow... just had to
share this with you... the new 4.7 is a killer engine!
