Ya Fluke is the best i think out there, I have one for my job and its great,
another simmilair one is A.W sperry u will prob find at your local home
depot. I dont recommend radio crap stuff, had one of those and in teh cold it
wouldnt turn on, and not as acurate as the Fluke
