Hey Steve, My buddy wants 3500 for the car.I rode with him today and we went
on a 50 mile trip to a custom shop in it.We were accelerating hard and
shifting it manually about 50% of the time and the car never messed up at
all.It was 40 degrees here and the car performed perfectly. It is very quick
from about a 25-30 mph kick, but not as quick out of the hole because of the
3.23 gear. The stall counterbalances the gear, though. He spent over 1000 for
just the trnsmission being built and the stall converter. It has some nice
aluminum vision wheels on it,the 5-star drag car type. The car is very solid
and we're not afraid to drive it.Today was the first time we've had it out
in a week, and made a 50 mile trip in it ,no problem! I love the car and wish
I could buy it.I think the motor and tranny are just about worth what he's
asking.Anyway, mail me back if you're still interested. Will Coughlin
